Its February of 2014 and I decide to head off to the land down under again. Australia beckoned as it seemed adventuresome and beautiful but one major culture catch that stuck out to me was their ability to be blunt. The customer ins’t always right and Dave Doesn’t know everything! This was something I really needed to work on and God knew that. Shortly after I started my Mission building program in Newcastle I became aware of just how God had orchestrated the people I was to be working with. Mike and Justin were both Godly men, skilled in their position and had no problem telling me how things were going to go. Up until this point I was looking to clear some cobwebs from my current thinking processes and set my feet on a new course for my life but God had other plans for me. A few weeks into my mission building, mind clearing, adventuresome goals I started a DTS (Discipleship Training School) here in New Castle. A DTS consists of 12 weeks of intense discipleship training and about the same amount of time putting that training into action. This is where Papua New Guinea comes in. Ill be finishing up the lecture phase next week and heading out shortly there after. Updates and info will be here as often as technology permits.
